Home Gym Must-Haves

A home gym does not have to be an expensive or elaborate room or garage full of equipment. Quite honestly, you can get a decent workout to stay fit without any equipment at all! However if your goal is to increase muscle mass while losing weight, you should stock up on some of these home-gym essentials.






These come in so many different colors! When creating a home gym, keep in mind you don't have to buy so many sets all at once. Start with one or two then grow when you can.



A step-up from body-weight exercises, resistance bands are stored easily and you can even take them anywhere. Accomplish a full-body workout while toning specific areas, and strengthen your joints as well!



You can do than more than just yoga with a yoga mat! Once you roll this out to begin a workout, you are intentionally creating a space for you and only to to accomplish whatever workout you have in mind for the day.
